• We offer FREE UK delivery on all orders of £50 or over.
• A postage fee will be calculated at checkout for all orders below £50, and for orders from outside the UK.
• Items are shipped direct from our studio. We check and handle all products in house to ensure the highest level of quality before fulfilling orders. Orders are never sent by a 3rd party or distribution centre.
• All guitars undergo a thorough quality assurance check on arrival into the studio. The set up of each guitar is checked and adjusted where necessary to ensure the best playing experience for our customers. If a new nut/saddle has been made, we will include the originals with your order for free.
• We endeavour to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible, usually within 1-2 days. Tracking information will be provided when available so you can track the progress of your order.
• We use various couriers based on their service availability. All guitars and high value items are sent fully insured for peace of mind.
• It is important you provide an accurate address and advise if there are any difficulties in accessing the property. We pass this information onto the courier to help ensure a successful delivery can be made.
• Deliveries outside the UK may incur customs charges. These charges are outside our control and we recommend you check the import rules for your country before placing an order. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding international delivery.

We understand that ordering a guitar online and having it sent via post can seem daunting, however please rest assured that you’re in safe hands.

Preparation

• Prior to shipping we complete a full quality check to ensure your guitar is in top condition. The strings are then slackened to reduce tension during transit and the guitar is placed in it’s case.
• We only ever ship guitars with a case included. This is the first defence against damage in transit.

Packaging

• The case is then placed into a double walled cardboard box and padding is used to keep the guitar securely in place, with additional padding at the top and bottom ends of the case to protect against any impacts.
• This box is then externally reinforced with either cardboard or bubble wrap, offering additional reinforcement and further protecting the guitar from potential damage.
• This box is then placed into ANOTHER double walled box. This provides superior levels of protection and ensures the safe delivery of your guitar.

Reassurance

• All guitars are sent fully insured door to door, no matter where you are in the world.
• Full tracking is provided as soon as this is available from the courier.
