CGA is run by Ed Peczek, a graduate of the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland; a musician whose love for the classical guitar has been burning brightly since 1995. Classical guitarists tend to be a quiet and reserved type, who seldom thrive on playing in front of others. We understand that you feel most at ease without a large audience. To make you feel at home, we operate an ‘appointment only’ system, whereby you will be the only customer in the shop when choosing a guitar. In comfortable and quiet surroundings, you are free to play openly without the usual chaos and distraction of your high street guitar shop. This allows you fully and accurately assess the qualities and subtle nuances of each guitar.

14 DAY RISK-FREE TRIAL

All of our guitars come with a 14 day returns window – whether purchased in studio or online. Take your time getting to know your new guitar in the comfort and privacy of your own home. You can return the guitar for any reason within 14 days for a refund (fully insured by our cover, just pay the postage). There is no charge or restocking fee for returning a guitar, provided it is in the same condition as when it left our studio.

EXCHANGE GUARANTEE

Within 2 Years of Purchase: If you’d like to exchange your guitar for something else within 2 years of purchase, it’s really easy to do so. Whether you purchased it from us New or Secondhand, we guarantee to offer you 80% of the guitars resale value when you purchase any brand new guitar (excludes secondhand guitars). The ‘resale value’ is the value at which we will relist the guitar for sale in our shop (I.e if we list your guitar for £2,000, we will offer you £1,600 in part exchange value towards a new guitar).

2 Years+: We’re also happy to consider part exchanging your guitar if you purchased it from us more than 2 years ago. This will be subject to our standard (but still generous) part exchange policy.

PART EXCHANGE

WORLDWIDE SERVICE

Despite operating a small studio in the heart of the UK, we successfully deliver guitars to customers worldwide on a regular basis. All orders are shipped out tracked and fully insured. We remove the VAT from the purchase price for all international orders, with customs duty paid at the local rate on arrival in your country of residence.
