We’re delighted to announce that we now offer FREE shipping to our UK customers for purchases over £50!

To qualify for free shipping, simply add products totalling £50 or more to your basket and enter a valid postal address within the UK at checkout. Your order will be packed up carefully at our guitar studio in Derby and posted by standard delivery, usually arriving 2-5 days after dispatch.

Being a small independent business, we don’t use warehouses or fulfilment centres to store our products. The vast majority* of products are stored ‘in house’ at our studio, meaning we can run our own quality control checks on all instruments, cases and accessories before they’re packaged up. We then package your order up personally in the studio and send it on it’s way to you. We believe this limits the chance of any damage occurring, as we are ‘hands on’ every step of the way until the courier picks up your parcel.

If you’re unhappy with your purchase for whatever reason, post it back to us within 14 days and we will provide a replacement or issue a refund.
