I’m excited to announce that our long awaited ‘annual’ student concert will belatedly take place on Saturday 28th April 2018 at Mickleover Community Pavilion.  Doors open at 6:30pm, anticipating a 7pm start.  We had initially planned for this to happen at the tail end of last year but unfortunately the stars didn’t align and the concert regrettably had to be shelved.

Our student concert is a great opportunity for all current CGA students to play in front of a live audience.  Everybody works so hard on their playing throughout the course of the year, so this is our showcase event where everyone gets to show what they can do.

We have a great range of guitarists at various stages of their development.  Some are just starting out and discovering how exciting the guitar can be.  Others are seasoned musicians and aspiring professionals who are learning to hone their craft and gain valuable performance experience.  We also have a number of guitarists sitting somewhere in the middle, having played for a few years and are enjoying the journey their guitar playing is taking them on.

We’d really appreciate your support, so please do come along and enjoy a fantastic night of music making courtesy of the CGA students.  Tickets can be purchased on the door (£6.50 Adults, £4 Children).  We look forward to seeing you there!
